Customer requested analysis of bevel gear design; of specific interest were the first 6 natural frequencies and the mode shapes.
Minimoog Sound & Transcription

Customer requested assistance learning a Minimoog keyboard solo from the album Yessongs. HDC was able to determine the waveforms used by the Minimoog and transcribe the solo.
Custom Designed Directly Cooled Flange

Customer needed a custom designed flange with direct cooling for a vacuum furnace application.

HDC designed the flange, including the cooling channel geometry and performed all thermomechanical analysis verifying the cooling jacket was sufficient for the anticipated heat load.
